Vicki Gunvalson responds to ‘nasty’ Dorinda Medley’s takedown

Vicki Gunvalson has labeled Dorinda Medley “the nasty one” after she slammed the Bravolebrity for having no “taste” and dating “people who pretend to have cancer.”
“I never said anything bad about her home. I said if it makes her happy, then good,” Gunvalson, 60, wrote in an Instagram comment.
“I also said her house is in the middle of nowhere (truth) and it’s old (truth),” she continued, referencing the time she called Medley’s Blue Stone Manor home “old” while discussing places to stay for “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club.”
“Defensive much? Saying I don’t have taste? That’s a joke – my taste is definitely different than hers AND she was horrible to most people who stayed there. It was miserable.”
The comment came just days after Medley, 57, threw some major shade during her SiriusXM podcast, “Make It Nice.”
“Like, you may not like my life, but I also don’t date people that pretend to have cancer, you know what I mean?” Medley said, referring to Gunvalson’s ex Brooks Ayers, who forged medical documents to make it appear as if he were a cancer patient at City of Hope.
She also criticized the fellow “Housewives” star for moving on with Steve Lodge, who left her for his now-wife, Janis Carlson.
“I also don’t date men that then leave you for women that are half their age,” she said. “You wanna get mean, I’ll get mean.”
As for her Blue Stone Manor home, Medley said it was built by renowned architect Stanford White in 1902 and was featured in “Architectural Digest” in 2020.
“Well, listen, this is a girl that thinks dancing on dirty tables in a bar at Puerto Vallarta, whatever that place is called, is fun,” she said on her podcast, further making digs.
“So I mean, you can’t really have people that don’t have taste understand taste.”
Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club” premieres June 23 on Peacock.
