Italian castle with two private beaches lists for $2.9M

Named Villa Castello Pellegrini, the property was built in the late 19th century.

Located in Stresa, the resort town of Lake Maggiore — the second largest lake in the country — it’s considered one of the most beautiful properties in the area, according to Jam Press.
