The surveillance footage, released late Tuesday, shows two young-looking suspects letting off a flurry of rounds in the courtyard of Far Rockaway’s Redfern Houses –apparently aiming off camera – around 6:20 p.m. Monday.

Jabeon Bivins, 24, of Hempstead, Nassau County, was struck in the head and pronounced dead on the scene, cops said.

Meanwhile, six people were sitting on benches in the public area, and two stood nearby, the video shows.
